Artwork and Design
For this project, Jay created this space, from a blank canvas and fully designed the basement of this house, including a full-scale bar, barber shop, lounge and two water closets. All tiling, lighting fixtures, artwork, furniture, design elements and overall layout was created by JAYEMAICH
